When you have dozens of customers, suppliers or dockets in database, it may be hard to find the necessary one visually, by simple scrolling of the list. In this case you may wish to use advanced search tool - filter. It allows setting one or more searching criteria and showing only the entries meeting these criteria. Let us see how it works taking the list of dockets as an example (you can filter other lists in a very similar way).

Access the list of Dockets and tap Criteria button at the bottom to start defining your criterion. This will open the Criteria toolbar above. Tap Add Search Criterion button and choose what Field should be used for filtering. Condition may be selected for numerical fields, for other fields it has only "Equals" option. Select the necessary Value from the list (enter it for numerical fields). Tap OK and you will get the list filtered according to your criterion.

You can continue filtering the refined list adding even more criteria with same button.

Step 3

If any of criteria you added are no more required, select them and tap button. To cancel all criteria at all, tap in Criteria toolbar (at the top of the window).
